Returns must be sent back in the original packaging with delivery confirmation. All returns must be unused and in original condition. A refund or exchange will be issued once item is received by Little e. Shipping costs will be paid by you, the returnee.

No refund will be issued on items that are custom made unless an error is made on our part. We do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please email to discuss any problems or concerns you may have.
